      - salary is paid on time - on site pond - low priced coffee on site - might get half of your holiday requests approved

      Cons

      - give employees trouble to take leaves given by the law - low compensation - expects employee to give their lives to the company, preferably without pay

      Lots of opportunity to gain in depth technical knowledge and experience. While communication is very poor, there are really no secrets and you can find out anything if you know what and who to ask

      Cons

      No visibility into future opportunities. Philosophy is that employees will develop technically as individual contributors without an increase in scope. Expectation is that you will contribute technically and move on when you are ready..
