      - They pay you - There is no other pros...except it is close to my apartment. - There really are no other pros...

      Cons

      - Pay and compensation package way below average - Compensation vs effort required doesn't match. - Work environment is hostile and does not promote team work - No information available or shared, even on the part of the project you're working on within your own team. - Upper and middle management have sweatshop mentality.

      1. You can learn a lot of knowledge here. It's an engineer leading company with open source to employee. 2. People are nice to work with. Hard working and willing to share information. 3. Encourage engineer to try new technology, tool, flow. 4. Most people's work is very efficient. 5. Cafeteria is good. Although it's not free any more.

      1. Not that organized. Document is poor. Project schedule is changing always. 2. Work load is heavier than average. 3. Salary is below average.
