Nice/Clean Facility Diverse Employee Cafeteria (only for you to eat what you bring or buy) no free food Good benefits

Cons

Inadequate parking ( if this is important to you don't even consider working here unless you're cool with walking blocks away in the dark in a not so safe area Pay is not competitive No remote or Hybrid options Not enough holidays

Pros

Good work to life balance. 95% company paid family medical. (the best thing at Marvin).PPO or HMO Job security used to be good. Pay is good for certain positions.

Cons

Business is slow in 2024 Mangers and directors selected by loyalty not competency and qualifications. No remote work allowed. no Hybrid work allowed. PTO 10 days for first 5 years of service (below average) . Started to layoff for first time this year (very limited).
