Pros

Marvin's allows movement within the company. The company is involved with the communities where it's plants are located. The company is family owned with a long history of ethical decisions and policies.

Cons

There is a lot of overtime required by associates and leadership. Senior leadership does not invest the same time nor energies that is expected of middle management, neither do they see that the management team follows the same rules.

Company/managers have compassion for employees. Overall a friendly environment and great place to work.

Cons

Smaller company with multiple locations so advancement opportunities are limited unless you are willing/able to relocate.

If you want to make great friends and work with great people, then this is where you want to work. We work hard and have fun doing it.

Cons

We are growing and stay busy. Sometimes that mean longer hours or overtime, but there are worse problems you can have!
