Good place to work if looking for consistent work. Meet a lot of great people and reasonable mangers. Very safe place to work and very organized

Cons

A large company has its perks but at end of the day to high level management you are just a number.

Pros

Co workers are very nice and easy to get along with. Integrity is a leader in the window industry. A lot of effort is put in keep integrity ahead of the pack.

Cons

Lack of direction for future goals of its associates. If someone is motivated to move up in this company make sure you are not planning on doing this before jumping through hoops. Good old boys club if you ask me.
