Mandatory overtime required often with less than 24 hours notice. Short breaks.

It is one of the many aspects that sets Integrity Windows apart from our competitors. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the short breaks. Our breaks are shorter because lunch is rolled into the 8 hours that you are here, meaning you do not need be present for 8 1/2 hours a day to have a slightly longer lunch break, but still paid for 8 hours. If you would like this changed and prefer to stay here longer by having a longer lunch break, please talk to your human resources manager in Roanoke, Virginia.
