Decent pay, decent benefits, fair amount of paid time off, they supply you with a pair of shoes a year, 300$ wellness benefit per year, all production associates and supervisors are included in weekly production meetings that include all info pertinent to the week ahead, month's ahead, expectations and goals. 8 hour work days

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say. All the people I've seen leave negative reviews seem to be disgruntled employees who were let go for one reason or another.
