• paid breaks • easy work • schedule • base pay 18-20$ • profits sharing if you work so many hours

Cons

• line supervisors • shift supervisors • favoritism • associates are moved around a lot because of supervisors personal relationships with others • associates are moved or being near the opposite sex • rules are made to be followed by everyone but management only enforced one’s that they choose • firing people around christmas time for small things because of profit sharing
