      Good pay without any needed experience or product knowledge

      Cons

      New hires make more than employees with 10+ years experience Department management ranges from terribly incompetent to terrible human beings, with very few exceptions to be found Plant management is underhanded and untrustworthy Company management is completely out of touch with the needs of their employees Human Resources spends more time protecting managers from the consequences of their actions than they spend helping employees with their problems Promotion is based almost exclusively on nepotism Advancement based on ability is practically impossible Benefits can be difficult to utilize Mandatory 50-hour weeks Offered 8-hour shift is actually 9 hours Area is expensive

      Pay is ok for the area

      Medical insurance cost is high and no mental health insurance, too many bosses and not enough employees, always on overtime, say they are family but only if you a in HR or a supervisor, seniority is NOT there, you get honor roll certificates and pizza.

      Pros

      4 day work weeks. Paid breaks 25 minutes each. Breaks are not your normal 30 minutes but they are paid.

      Cons

      I watched a supervisor aggressively come up to a new hire. Looked like she was going to touch the new hires face. Been alot of favoritism going on the past year. If you don't make the gole not all supervisor but I've seen 3 of them curse at workers and threatened the new hires job security. Not a very welcoming company. I've witnessed alot of unprofessional behavior from their supervisor. Also notice that they favor foreigners over actual Americans. Another new hire was cursing at 2 new associates in Spanish 3 weeks after she started. Pretty toxic at the moment.
