Pros

Paid Benefits, 9 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays, employee discount. Pay is good and competitive.

Cons

If you're not part of a click you can forget about getting promoted. Long term employees are often passed over for fresh graduates or candidates from other companies. Culture has nearly completely eroded due to the influx of external candidates. Trust is nonexistent although highly preached.

Pros

I've heard that they are making some major changes that should help propel it out of the 19th century into the 21st. Excellent pay. Great Benefits.

Cons

If you haven't worked there for 20 or more years, your opinions and ideas do not matter. They wanted to do the same thing the same way.

Pros

Self employed; set your own schedule; no limit to your income potential; support is always there; constant training available; you can climb status level to make higher commission. Mary Kay gives women strength, confidence and a place to grow. Provides chances to win great prizes every quarter.

Cons

In order to climb the status ladder, you have to rely on your team for some success. You can earn awards based on your sales. Stepped down from director to consultant due to no insurance. Had to get a job w/ benefits.
