We hear your concerns about compensation, and that is the primary reason Maryhaven implemented consecutive annual salary adjustment plans across the entire agency significantly raising our base pay to a majority of positions across the organization, which puts us above the industry regional average salary. Pros

Upper management GREAT!!! Supervisor one of the best I ever worked for. The support service office staff are the best. The facilities workers are a pleasure to work with. All of the Maryhaven staff are warm and friendly. From day one I have felt welcome. Everything I have accomplished here has been appreciated.

Pros

We provide excellent resources and support to those who want to work. The IBC is a culture not just an organization within Maryhaven. Employees are respected and informed. Opportunities for growth is constant and always evolving. People who work within the IBC understand diversity and equality. We embrace the unique abilities of people and give back 110% to the community in service.

Cons

Marketing and awareness is difficult for us and we are relying on community support and sponsorships to become more self-sustaining. Without it we struggle and it's an opportunity that should be embraced by the masses.
