      my peers that are trying to make a living and working very well together to provide good customer service

      Cons

      There is so many wrong things with MasTec. Our feedback about MasTec and it's business practices even starts during recruitment and misleading information given by recurring. Also, supporting AT&T Digital Life and another tack by AT&T to get market share. If AT&T really wanted to get serious.. Hire your own techs. The turn over at MasTec is staggering and is always on the learning curve.

      The don't care about employees

      Pros

      The only pro that I can give is that they will not be around much longer due to At&t trying to get rid of all their contractors. All employees are getting laid off. No manager now in Oklahoma. 7 technicians to cover the entire state.

      Cons

      Equipment never works correctly. Programs used on iPad don't work either. Work days are all kinds of screwy since there's not enough technicians. 3 days in a row now I've done work in the a.m. Then had to come home for 2-3 hours and leave to do a 4 o'clock appointment. Too much downtime and not enough pay. You are extremely lucky if you can clock more that 30 hours on any given week.
