      Pros

      Company truck, gas card, benefits, lots of room for opportunity I've seen people climb the ladder fast but they didn't last long either.

      Cons

      The Los Angeles Market joined CWA union and it messed everything up. It was like the employees were at war with the employer. Also too much overtime the work/life balance wasn't the greatest.
