      Pros

      Everything about MasTec seems "wonderful" on paper. Good pay; good process in place to advance. People next to you are experiencing the same thing you are.

      Cons

      What a mess. 19 months there and two VP's; four directors and three managers; Seems no one wants to be there. Zero support from leadership and HR is no where to be found - EVER!

      low paid they presume you and sale you things for you to come on board. after a will you realize that this company is what you thought it was. false lies..
