Small company feel

Pros

Base pay is decent but bonuses are almost non-existent. Opportunity to work remotely is a plus. Has the potential backing of the larger MasTec ecosystem with the feel of a small company.

Cons

Not very organized. Management could be better at overall communication. Very dependent on a single client.
