OK starter company for Satellite TV Technician. You can work too many hours but compensated at $550 a week during the training phases 1 and 2.

Cons

If you aren't fast enough in 3 or 4 months you will receive a written warning for unsatisfactory number of job installations. 30 days later if your numbers don't go up you''ll get a second warning and then 30 days later you will be terminated. You are out there on your own operating by cell phone only to tech center or your supervisor. Travel technicians can come in from places like Florida and take jobs from you and you will go home early. This is in the Northern Virginia area.
