Independence, company vehicle, hourly paid training.

Cons

Piece rate pay, non paid travel, mandatory unpaid meetings, in Connecticut there is a vast probability that you will show up at a customers house to find that they don't have line of sight to receive service. This is also an unpaid hardship that can add more unpaid travel time into your day.

pay isnt bad company truck ipad phone

Cons

they call you on your day off and ask you to do things without pay. They make you lie on your time sheet. they lay off at the drop of a hat. no chance of transferring departments.

I get recognized for my contributions My team is close, fun to work with, and is willing to step in to help me succeed Sr management cares about getting results and is open to ideas to improve results There's no shortage of work or variety. I can work on one thing today, and something completely different tomorrow. Sometimes I get to make the decision about what I work on, but other times it's putting out fires. Employee stock purchase plan is like getting 15% more pay.
