If one works hard, fast, and long one can make decent pay check for a low skille laborer.

Cons

The jobs is physicaly exausting, there are unrealistic performance demands from management, there are not many growing oportunities, and the last thing on the management;s mind is the well beinig of the technicians.

Jose Mas is a genuinely good man and is attempting to make his company an outstanding firm

Cons

The COO is a self important fellow who has to be the smartest guy in the room all the time, what he understands about the utilities construction industry can fit into a tea cup, he is all bluster and zero substance.
