Supervisors weren't bad. Neither were co-workers. At least they pay you hourly during training.

Piece-work pay 12 hour days sometimes 6 day work weeks Huge turnover rate

The company does give you all tools necessary to get the jobs done.

Cons

You are working at least 9-14 hrs. a day busting your butt and making 100.00 if you are lucky. You have to travel, which isn't the bad part; it's that you find our only days before you actually leave. And of course when you travel its for 3 weeks or more on occasion. Hope you don't have a family....you are screwed. The warehouse is also very poorly managed. We try to get equipment we need and they are either out, didn't order it or just point blank will not give it to you....it depends on if they like you (literally)
