Pay is horrible, i worked 5 or 6 hours a day cuz i am a good tech, i was blue rating and still made 3 to 4 hundred a week if i was lucky, i cant believe it is legal what and how they pay you, but if you do work there build knowledge then go work for a retailer, i now make 2 grand a week for 65 hours of work and love it, thanks to the crappy job of mastec now i can do this and make the real money, if you think you can make even 3 to 4 a week here good luck, i cranked to do that and was one of the highest paid there.

Management is lacking in organization. Six day work week is B@llSh&t.
