Once you become a supervisor or manager, you get no support from senior management. They go out of their way to look for issues, often creating the issue in the process. At one point I had to manage multiple sites with no raise in pay. Even when they had me doing so for months at a time, even years in one case.

THey don't even pay minimum wage and training is about half-a**ed. Going out with a "seasoned" tech may mean that you are going out with a tech with less than a year in the field. OH MY!!
