      As good as you manager

      Pros

      Job security. The amount of business goes up and down, but because of the high rotation of personal there is always enough to be busy and employed.

      Cons

      Big and slow to react company that can only be as good for the employee as the immediate management is. The Culture and values of the company rarely result on benefits for the employees other than an anemic but secure pay check every two weeks. The demands of the clients that contract with the company make it even worst for the workers.

      scheduling, good supervisors/site manager. enjoy working with customers and turning them around from previous bad experiances they have had from other techs and/or sub partners.

      Cons

      pay, inability to hold and attract other quality tech's, due to pay scale and type of pay.

      Pros

      You had an assigned vehicle that you took howm so if you have a slow day you can sleed in or come home early.

      Cons

      Do not get injured on job they will find any excuse even if it is false to lay you off while you are on workers comp. Also if you dont mind getting up at 4:00am and some times working until 3:00 and having to stay in a hotel and going right back to work than this job may be for you. I have a family so it was very stressful on them.
