Pros

Paid training in Atlanta, and it was amazing where I learned a ton and got certifications for free that'd otherwise cost me a lot of money. Most of the reviews are way off. It's either lazy people or people whom don't understand how to use piece pay. I could rave nonstop, it was amazing to go to Atlanta, it was amazing to make so much (per diem and base pay), and our instructor was phenomenal. Loved the entire experience, unfortunately there was a mistake that was 100% my fault that cost me this job. I talked to my coworkers a lot, and one has a friend that's been doing this for 3yrs. He averages over 30 an hour, which in my opinion was shooting for the stars, but in Oklahoma it was easy to average around 22-25 an hour. Keep in mind even if you suck and take forever on each job, you still will make your minimum base pay, which I may add, is great in itself. Lots of certifications! This could be a con for some of you, but these certs are how I was able to get back into the security instalation field immediately afterwards. Very thankful.

Cons

The program used, DLITE and OPUS are awful. This on AT&T and they are apparently about to revamp it, but as of now it crashes all the time which means you start over essentially. Really a time killer, but develop a system and it isn't too hard to put the same information again. Wish the training hadn't been done in 2 weeks (3 week course, Thanksgiving is why it was 2 weeks) and timezone switch was taken into account more. It is what it is though, very minor complaint to be honest.
