Pros
If you are a technician you will do great. As long as you follow the company rules it is an easy job and very rewarding.
Cons
Once you become a supervisor or manager, you get no support from senior management. They go out of their way to look for issues, often creating the issue in the process. At one point I had to manage multiple sites with no raise in pay. Even when they had me doing so for months at a time, even years in one case.
