Pros
The pay was key. I love working on powered industrial vehicles and I really enjoyed all of the people that I worked with.
Cons
My supervisor was not involved at all. If we were struggling in the department, on any given night, we were told that the stronger employees had to pick up the slack from the employees who didn't move quite as fast. In my opinion, if help is needed, the supervisor should be stepping up.
