      Pros

      Was a great place to work. People and customer focused.

      Cons

      Transforming into a Wall Street focused company where people are expendable. Ratings below reflect before and after. Difficult to separate the two.

      Pros

      Masco Corporate HQ is a very good place to work ... excellent facility, very good compensation and benefits package, good people to work with, potential for advancement. Great place to be if you enjoy the home improvement/construction industry.

      Cons

      Masco is in the midst of major restructuring ... spinning off 20% of the business, struggling with an underperforming division, under pressure from shareholders to improve returns ... all of which creates some degree of career opportunity as well as risk. Career advancement is entirely up to the employee to figure out; very little mentorship.
