      Love my job at Masco!!

      Pros

      Not many people can actually say they love their job, but I definitely do! Leadership is steering the company in a direction that I truly believe in, every message and memo speaks to my core beliefs as a human. My job changes daily with different projects and initiatives that really make a difference. Depending on the projects, hours can be strenuous or more normal, which is pretty normal. The people care about Masco and the companies they support, many have been from other Business Units. The new facility in Livonia is beautiful and high tech. The company really believes in their people - such a breath of fresh air!

      Not many cons - it really is the ideal company to work for.

      Pros

      Massive company with lots of different business units. Lots of opportunity to travel and see different things. People were nice.

      Cons

      Seemed stagnant, and pay was at the low end of the range. Lacked flexible work hours.
