      Gained valuable knowledge, co-workers were friendly and helpful, built a good working report with customers and contractors. Learned a lot about myself

      Didn't feel appreciate for the work performed, felt like I continually got the run around when asking management for anything.

      Good benefit package. Most major holidays are given off. Some management are very knowledgeable and helpful in carrier growth.

      Cons

      Once in management there is no clear path to ensure longevity. You can score high on evaluations and still not get promoted.
