Cons
Upper management is disconnected from the field. There seems to be a disconnect from the office staff and the field. Communcation with management is lacking. Stories are not the same across the country. There is not a team feeling, but we are told that we are to work as a team. Work comes home with you every day. Time each day spent on computer at your own time. You have to be really organized to ballance work with home life. There is alot of off the clock work. Field feels micro managed.
