      We were called "the best in the business" at MRSS, not so much now I guess.

      Pros

      Ability to work independently. Flexibility in hours. Great heath benefits. It's hard to come up with anything else to say positively.

      Cons

      Direction of the company changes like a spinning top. Increasing costs of doing business passed down to employees. Get some honest useful analytics, and stop the pseudo-analytics.

      Pros

      What you will experience will depend on the business unit you work in. There are many very good people in the ranks. Some business units are leaders in their product categories.

      Cons

      The company continues to perform poorly. Corporate Senior Management do not appear to have a plan that will put the company back on a path of profitability and growth. The "Masco Business System" is far less tangible than it is portrayed.

      Future and Present Employees Beware!!

      Pros

      In the eighties before Masco bought this company it was a well respected cabinet manufacturer. Other than that there are no good reasons to work there.

      Cons

      This company has NO REGARD for any of its employees. Its primary concern is profits and letting its product quality go to a level that is not even worth buying. The only time this company even considers workers safety is when they need paperwork to submit to their insurers otherwise workers have to work in completely unsafe conditions. Workers now have to endure a 30 percent wage reduction, rising insurance rates and threats to their jobs if they complain.
