      Easy job. Product training and merchandising in Lowe's stores. Little to no supervision!

      Cons

      Advancement is almost impossible. Many days of just hanging out with no work to do.

      Great people, excellent environment, Company emphasized on maintaining healthy life style.

      Unfortunately there is a lot favoritism not necessary to all of the department, in my situation there was. other than that a great company.

      Learning and Development opportunities have been way beyond expectation, even in an economic downturn, the focus on continuous improvement will have placed MASCO in an extraordinary position when housing starts begin to climb in both the US and Europe
