It’s good. But worry about stagnant. Trying to be forward thinking but looking like window dressing. I sense the struggles. Not really truly looking at the global future. Stale in how we look at our customers. I worry we are not competitive. Leadership have been here for a long time which is good but has problems. New ideas are limited and they only care about the voices of those who are liked by management. Recently just shifted the diversity strategy. Worry about how we will attract and keep people. Shallow understanding of what people need to feel like they are family and belong here.

Honestly? Traffic and compensation for equal value skills -- this specific team is bleeding talent because their corporate leaders continue to bind their hands, in terms of offering pay competitive to other opportunities in the market.
