The pay is not bad and if you count benefits and 401k your doing okay for a job that requires no college degree.

Cons

Poor leadership that makes the floor employees feel forgotten.

Pros

Merillat offered great training and fair wages. Most of the people were great to work with.

Cons

Merillat is in an akward stage with the creation of Masco Cabinetry. It seems that Merillat is the one being changed while Kraftmaid remains the same. Go figure when Merillat has a better assembly process, cleaner plant, and leaner leadership staff. I worry about the culture of continuous improvement Merillat has, and where that will be after the dust settles.
