Performance recognized and appreciated by mgmt Friendly managers (though incompetent) Workplace is great.. good environment

LAID BACK ATTITUDE in most of the teams Incompetent marketing and middle management team Hugh communication gap with employees consistent Salary delay of 2 months for the past 2 years No accountablity what so ever for failure in overall market sustenance

Pros

I dont see any reason to be working here except for the fact that my previous company was bought by Mascon

Cons

Everything from the way they have handled the merger to their quality of benefits .. Communication is completely non existent.

Pros

Highly knowledgeable and talented individuals. Excellent working environment, with free hand given for any new ideas or ventures etc.

Cons

looks like the technical staff was promoted to manage the workforce. These guys dont have any managerial skills at all. they seem to be more interested in day to day operations than planning for the future. No sense of planning, or thinking thru an action. lots of promises with absolutely no idea of the consequences
