Pros

Nothing big... no pros.. no career growth

Cons

Delay in salary despite having projects( by almost 2 months..no explanation given) , Irrelevant reasons on existing employees to cut down their salaries, No proper growth or proper career handling( only influential people get promoted ), Rude behaviour of senior management ...still more which will take hours to type......

End to end involvment in processes and learning. Get to know different processes

Cons

No clear career path, change of focus. The sense of direction career wise and motivation seems to get lost somewhere down the line

Pros

There are very few reasons why you would want to work at Mascon. Its a small unit, especially in the US, so it is a close knit community. There are some that do try hard. This company is alive because of small group of very talented and hard-working individuals.

Cons

Many . You may not get paid for months. You may find your 401k contributions weren't being sent to the 401k provider. You may find promised bonuses getting lost. You may find promised options disappear. I hear the company is a lot more financially secure now, but I would be very reluctant to try them ever again.
