Pros

They are a good company, with lots of experienced professionals. They also help new comers and not they dont feel let out.

Cons

It is low on pay, low on professionalism. I want to change this company because i dont like it here anymore

Pros

Good company for freshers. No restriction to implement new ideas or technology. Flexibility in using resources to learn.

Cons

Salary delays, non professional senior mgmt, it is a family organization. Old gentleman who were once upon a time working in companies like BHEL,SAIL are heading. They have no clue about IT leadership or buiness technology.

Performance recognized and appreciated by mgmt Friendly managers (though incompetent) Workplace is great.. good environment

LAID BACK ATTITUDE in most of the teams Incompetent marketing and middle management team Hugh communication gap with employees consistent Salary delay of 2 months for the past 2 years No accountablity what so ever for failure in overall market sustenance
