      Pros

      The ability to travel and experience new places while also building your skill set is a definite pro of working at Mashgin. The team camaraderie is very strong and it's great to have a manager who truly cares about each of us personally as well. Growth within the company is also highly encouraged and there's very few moments when you'd feel stagnant.

      Sometimes you have to work weekends or late nights

      Great team that is very talented, fast-moving, and collaborative. Close-knit culture with everyone contributing in a meaningful way and building something that our customers love Not much time & effort wasted on unnecessary meetings or bureaucracy Leadership every open to receiving feedback from employees

      Pros

      Mashgin is using cutting edge CV and ML tech to address a real and valuable market, instead of chasing the current flavor of the week. Great people to work with where everyone has the opportunity for massive impact. Good work-life balance, where you put in the hustle when needed but are not expected to do nothing else in life.

      Cons

      It's still scrappy, so don't expect free massages and dry cleaning as perks. Doesn't have the name recognition to get you instant impressed looks at parties.
