      Pros

      Great company to work for. Everyone has "get stuff done" mentality & you are surrounded by outstanding talent. Yes the interview process can be a bit exhaustive, but we truly bring A+ talent to the team.

      Cons

      Just like any startup, there is going to be chaos. If you can thrive in "organized chaos", you will be successful.

      Pros

      The entire team chips in, from our founders to recently onboarded members, and everyone is contributing daily. The company regularly evaluates individuals; the process is transparent and provides tremendous feedback for growth. Performance and culture fit are rewarded, and there are seemingly no barriers to career growth.

      Cons

      You need to be self-motivated; the company moves fast, so while you are offered a ton of support, there will not always be someone checking on you. Again, consistent with any results-oriented organization.
