      Pros

      - Fantastic product/market fit - great people standing shoulder-to-shoulder with you - unlimited opportunities for professional growth - great benefits

      Cons

      - There’s always a slightly overwhelming amount of work to be done, and never enough resources - CEO is the ultimate decision maker (many people see this as a Con, but he’s effective and it does eliminate the back-office politics I’ve seen at other startups) - Lots of tribal knowledge that needs to be learned very quickly (but everyone’s very willing to be helpful!)

      Mashgin has a world class team, and an amazing product. It is fun to work for a company growing so quickly while still maintaining its strong company culture.

      Cons

      No concerns so far. It’s a great place to work.

      -Culture -Leadership -PTO Every voice is heard. Leadership really listens and is open to suggestions that make the company better.

      I am looking forward to additional benefits, but I have no real complaints.
