Best SpO2 technology otherwise not much else positive to say

Cons

Often fail to pay commissions outlined in comp plan, negative/punitive culture. Upper management does not listen to field. CEO is a dictator/tyrant, car allowance below industry standard.

The environment is extremely fast paced and growth potential has been incredible. My team is extremely supportive, goal oriented, passionate, collaborative and challenge one another on a daily basis.

Cons

This environment is definitely better suited for individuals that are driven, must have thick skin and don't take anything personal ....its all business !

Congenial atmostphere, excellent growth for decades, thoughtful executives, and a CEO with a heart of gold. They make medical technology miracles and it's a fabulous place to work.

Cons

Getting used to the nomenclature of the medical terminology isn't easy with no medical background.
