The products that Masimo sell are fantastic and are certainly the best when it comes to medical devices and associated consumables

Cons

The downsides to working at Masimo is A dreadful unprofessional, unethical, bad management with very poor leadership skills. Management feel that it is acceptable to bully the staff when sales figures are not achieved.
