Pros

I love my job and what I do. I learn something new every single day, and I enjoy my interactions with my coworkers and leadership. The building is beautiful and I’m proud to say where I work.

Cons

Senior leadership in the Quality department is not trustworthy, and the directions/job description changes based on his mood, and Monday thru Friday, you belong to Masimo. The rest of your life is set aside. As much as I love Masimo, I’m now looking elsewhere for a position where I feel valued and supported. There’s a reason the quality department had such a high turnover rate.

Pros

Has some great technologies and strives to make existing technologies the best.

Cons

Sales management is power hungry and forgot what got them where they are. Has lost focus on exemplary best in class on site hospital conversions and clinical support. The clinical and onsite implementation staff are great but are losing corporate support and as with many in-house departments they are being squeezed to do more with less and are being pushed into making sales which hurts their customer relationships who saw them as supportive and clinicians. Company is being run so lean that many of the best support employees, in-house and field staff, are frustrated and ready to leave as soon as possible. Sad to see so many great coworkers unhappy. Greed is ruling now and the company is falling away from their guiding principles.
