The corporate culture is full of shifty people. Expect long hours, being yelled at if you report any OT, and constant pressure to come in for 8-10 hours Saturdays for no pay. Company expects this kind of 'loyalty' yet gives nothing in return. No regard for the legalities of labor, they do what they want, and if you complain or raise it as an issue, you are shot down. Everyone working there is under intense pressure to get things done, and everything is a priority. High turnover rate as a result, with a lot of good people leaving in frustration, feeling taken advantage of. Others, god workers, dismissed for no clear reason. As a result, job security doesn't exist and most employees look for another job withing months of coming here. Overall, one of the worst places I have ever worked. It is true what the 'real reviews' say, engineers are the top tier of employee, and even they get worked to death and thrown out at a moment's notice.
