Cons

New CEO treats people poorly. Often demanding without listening when its too fast to be done well. Comes down hard on lower level folks in front of executive team, can seem mean-spirited.

Pros

If you’re even slightly competent and know what you’re doing, you’ll get promoted quickly. The company generates strong revenue despite being very inefficient.

Cons

The culture is honestly terrible. New leadership doesn’t seem to understand what Masimo does or where it’s going. Project and program management are very weak. Regulatory Affairs and Marketing are frustratingly ineffective and often out of sync with R&D. Teams operate in silos with almost no communication. There’s little to no real roadmap, and people end up working on poorly defined projects in R&D for years with no meaningful outcome. If you’re good at what you do and care about your reputation, this is not a place that will help you grow.
