Good folks working in the company with positive attitude, you're working to save life of patients, company is expanding and hiring
Cons
Low pay, work life balance is lacking most of the time, favoritism is seen quite often (you need to be in the circle to be promoted), working on a set of obsolete libraries that does not really contribute much to your programming knowledge and career, most managers are just senior engineers who don't really have much experience in management.
