From the very start the whole "training" and "on-boarding process" was a disaster. They claimed to have given me and another worker the most training out of anyone. Yet when it came to my actual job title no training was given. Even worse, the job was not at all what had been discussed over the phone. Any time I needed to help via HR they would ignore my calls until I sent a text, even after that my calls were still ignored. Any time i had any questions about the job or what it entailed my questions were met with arguments and angry comments stating that i should know all this by now and should not have to ask for help. This was barely my 2nd week in and all the knowledge i knew about my job was from my previous employer who actually gave me proper training and guidance. All in all, i would say stay away from this place and do not give them a 2nd look. This place is a ticking time bomb waiting to implode due to its management team or lack there of.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Management has no clue what they are doing and neither does HR , don’t bother complaining to HR as they do nothing to support employees that are being discriminated and retaliated against. Toxic and hostile work environment. Coordinators have walked off job because of this. No morals whatsoever look at you straight in the face and lie to you. All they care about is money.
