Fake drug tests/GMPs for candidates, the training is awful, management is unprofessional, working some weekends although it wasnt posted on the job description, expected to take your work phone and laptop home and preform work duties at home.

I was being harassed by a man at one assignment and when I was in the middle of training at my next job, Masis sent this man there. I contacted them immediately and was reassured it wouldn’t become an issue but he started bothering me again. I was supposed to be hired full-time after 90 days but Masis sabotaged my employment after 7 months because I asked why I was still temping when my boss had started the on-boarding process and my contact at Masis never followed up even though I had kept up on it myself by asking my boss and HR about it. Masis retaliated by turning off my time clock login one day, so I quit, since they did this to a girl I was training a few months previously and she had been fired the same day for confronting her abuser. Masis is acting like I abandoned my job but I gave them a week notice and they were actively looking for another assignment for me. They escalated the issue to HR but he had no idea what was happening and just said they wouldn’t help me find a new job because I quit unexpectedly–which is not true.
