      Pros

      I absolutely love my new position. Staff is friendly and always willing to help, answer questions, and encourage me to learn and practice my new skills. I have had some of the best trainers and have felt welcomed to the team on day one.

      Cons

      I consider myself a fast learner, in the beginning I was questioning that skill because there is SO MUCH to learn. Now that I am a month into my training my confidence is building and I am proving to myself that I truely am a fast learner, it just took some time.

      Pros

      Lots of support staff, good rn to patient ratios, never over worked, family vibes, patient focused not profit focused, clean environment, great EVS staff, amazing food for patients and staff (Prime rib Friday!), consistent schedules, I can’t say enough great things. Management listens to employees about issues and brings in external help for improvement processes.

      Cons

      Can be low acuity, lots of the sickest patients get transferred out. Can have limited resources at times.

      I have been here a month and I don't really have any cons at this point, honestly. It's been a lovely experience so far!
