      Glassdoor made me list a con, so I'll say sometimes we're short staffed, but that's normal everywhere.

      The culture in this organization is very good. Patient and community focused, and they also really care about their employees wellbeing.

      Cons

      They are a smaller organization and community. Certain employees have to wear a lot of different hats sometimes which can be a plus for some positions, but management might sometimes be spread a bit thin.
