Great Place to Grow

Pros

Great coworkers and team cohesion. Everyone is willing to help you grow when they have the opportunity. There is an immense opportunity to take initiative and make your own decisions.

Cons

Because everyone has quite a bit of responsibility, there are certain very stressful times of the year where people's skin can grow thin.

Pros

Such an amazing and positive atmosphere, relaxed and casual while still being professional. Management is supportive and actually cares about how you do your job, feel about doing your job, and cares about you as a person. Coffee and snacks are provided.

Cons

I truly feel that there are no cons. Management is always open to listening to what employees have to say and their frustrations.

Truly horrible - run for your lives

Pros

There are no pros. If I could give this company a zero star rating, I would.

Cons

Rampant sexual discrimination - women not allowed to speak on the conference calls because the client "didn't know that [a specific employee] was a woman", the implication being that management didn't want the clients to find out. In the shared office space, employees are subjected to denigratory homophobic speech and inappropriate conversations all day. Job is underpaid and mindless. Management is immature, rude, and sexist. Employee retention is low because it is a nightmare place to be spending your life.
